1. Service

Reddigest provides AI-powered summaries of public Reddit content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit Inc. in any way.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reddigest only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or access restrictions
• Use automated scripts to make excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

3. Free Tier Limits

Free users are limited to 3 summaries per day per IP address. These limits may change at any time without notice.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime through your customer portal.

5. Content

All summaries are generated from publicly available Reddit content. We do not store Reddit content beyond temporary cache (1 hour). AI summaries may contain errors or inaccuracies.

6. Disclaimer

Reddigest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Use at your own discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
